The Schrapels have been growing grapes in South Australia's Barossa Valley for over 150 years and the fruit for their Bethany First Village Shiraz comes from vines grown in the foothills of the Barossa Ranges. This is a polished and restrained Shiraz, not big just perfectly restrained with black fruit notes, a little pepper and fine grained tannins on the palate.
