Bodegas Tandem is a boutique winery, run by two close friends, in the cool-climate Yerri Valley region of Navarra in northern Spain. Winemaker, Alicia Eyaralar focuses on achieving balance and freshness in her wines and this is a delicious oak fermented Viura and Viognier blend. The latter provides the distinctive pear and peach aromatics, while the former adds a chalky note.Tasting Note
Inmácula is wonderfully floral and fruity on the nose, with aromas of white peach, apples and pears, the palate is clean and fresh with very subtle notes of toasty oak adding a lovely complexity, before a very long, crisp finish.Product Reviews
