Description

This single-estate Pouilly-Fumé is bursting with cool green fruit notes and a delicious mineral note. The grapes come from the producer’s own vineyards and the flinty nature of the soil gives this stunning Sauvignon its unique mineral character. Very few Sancerres or other top Sauvignons can compete with this beauty.

Tasting Note

This is very classy single-estate Pouilly-Fumé; with cool green fruit, a stony or chalky mineral texture and a vein of tingling citrus acidity.
