Description

A grown-up Prosecco, Proverbio is certified organic and vegan and made in the full Spumante style, giving it persistent and intense bubbles. Fresh and complex with lots of fruit flavours, it’s great on its own and also pairs wonderfully with oriental cuisine.

Tasting Note

The palate is soft and fresh, offering zippy acidity and a complex array of primary fruit flavours, including peach, pear and apricot.
