The grapes from the old vine Chenin Blanc vines are fermented in old oak barrels and aged on the lees for 9 months, resulting in a wine packed with honey and nut aromas and flavours and a rich textured mouthfeel. A balancing acidity lends mouth-watering freshness, while a long, silky finish rounds out this fantastic wine.
