From a boutique family estate in the heart of the Loire Valley, the Sauvignon Blanc grapes for this wine grow on old vines, planted on the famous Kimmeridgian Marls and are farmed without the use of artificial fertilisers or insecticides. Annick Tinel-Blondelet is the 12th generation of winemakers in her family and focusses on making wines that express typicity and authenticity.Tasting Note
This is classic Pouilly-Fumé, with aromas of pear, green apple and lemon, accentuated by the region's characteristic mineral note of struck flint. The wine is aged on the lees to add a beautiful textural element to the palate.
