How do I download the O'Briens Club wine app?

You can download the app from the Apple App store or from the Google Play store. Simply search for the ‘O’Briens Wine App’ in the app stores - or scan the QR code on display in your local O’Briens.

How do I log in/sign up?

Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will see the ‘Log In/Sign Up’ prompt at the top. If you already have an O’Briens account, you can log in with your usual email and password. Don’t have an account? Simply enter your details on the ‘Sign Up’ page. Once registered, an email will be sent to your email address - click on the link to verify your email address then log into the app and you’re ready to shop!

Introductory 10% Discount

Please Note: The introductory 10% discount offer has now ended as of the 11/11/2024.

From the 17/06/2024 until 10/11/2024 we are offering customer a 10% discount when they download the O'Briens app and sign up for email notifications. Simply download the app and make sure you've enabled email notifications and push notifications. You will then be sent an email with a unique coupon code which can be used to get 10% off wine.

The email notification is sent in real time, but during busy periods it can take up to 15 minutes to appear in your inbox.

Once you have the coupon code, you can use it in-store or online to get 10% off wine. This applies to wines on promotion too!*

To use the coupon code in-store, simply scan you O'Briens Card first at the till, and then scan the barcode on the email.

To use the coupon code online or in the app, simply enter the unique coupon code at the checkout.

Terms & conditions apply. This offer is only valid on one transaction. This discount code is valid for 30 days from the date recieved. It applies to the Wine Category only and excludes Sparkling, Spirits and Beer. It is valid on wines that are already on promotion and show a discounted price. It excludes any other app promotions, en primeur wines, the Fine Wine Sale, Monte Real Rioja Gran Reserva, Domaine de Bel Air Pouilly-Fumé and case deals. Other exclusions may apply. How do I scan a bottle?

Click the ‘Wine Scanner’ tile on the app homepage, or the ‘Scan’ logo on the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. You can then scan the barcode on a bottle or the QR code on displayed with the wine in-store. This will bring you straight to more information about your chosen wine.

Can I scan beers and spirits?

Not just yet – you can only scan wines for now but we’re working on adding more categories soon!

Can I browse wines without scanning?

Of course! Click on the main banner on the app homepage to go straight to our current offers. You can also click on the three dots at the bottom right of your screen and then click on ‘Browse Wines’ or ‘Find My Style’ to explore our huge range of wines.

How do I view my discounts and offers?

You can view your current exclusive offers by scrolling on the home tab or by clicking on ‘My Offers’ in the bottom navigation. Click into each individual offer to find out more.

Can I use my discounts in-store and online?

Yes - you can scan your member card in-store, and you will see an exclusive discount code that you can use for online purchases. (To use the discount code, you must be logged into your account.)

Can I see my past purchases?

Yes, you can view your in-store and app past purchase on your O’Briens Club wine app. Click on the three ‘More’ dots in the bottom right of the navigation and click on ‘Past Purchases’. All your receipts will be viewable here.

Can I place an order on the app?

Yes, you can place an order via your O’Briens Club wine app. The order will be processed through our online warehouse, with delivery taking 2-3 days. Need your wines sooner? Pop into your local O’Briens.

What if I want to return a purchase?

That’s no problem - just pop into your local O’Briens and bring up the relevant receipt in your ‘Past Purchases’ on the app. A QR code on your receipt will enable our team to simply scan the receipt for hassle-free returns.

My app’s not working, what can I do?

I'm a member of the O'Briens loyalty scheme, can I log in with that account?

No, the loyalty scheme is no longer active. You will need to download the app and follow the sign up instructions. Having trouble getting up and running? Email online@obrienswine.ie and we'll be happy to help.

How do I delete the app?

Want to delete your O'Briens Account? No problem.

You can request to delete your account and all your stored
data, including your digital receipts here.
