The climate at Musella is continental and perfectly suited to growing grapes for the iconic Valpolicella Ripasso and Amarone wines of the region. The main grapes grown are the native Corvina , Corvinone and Rondinella.
The energetic daughter of the family, Maddalena, manages the vineyards and led the estate towards organic farming.
Enrico Raber, the nephew of Signor Pasqua uses a mixture of stainless steel, concrete eggs and experimental local granite vats for fermentation before ageing in large format oak casks.
