With its northerly latitude, the
Champagne region experiences both oceanic and continental climatic conditions. Champagne Granzamy mainly grows red grapes and most of their vineyard sites are planted with the traditional Marne Valley grape; Pinot Meunier.
Farming practises are traditional, but the family have set aside an experimental vineyard in order to practise farming organically with their grapes.
With three generations of grape growing and winemaking from their single estate under their belt, the Lamiraux family have perfected their house wine style; one of elegance and powerful intensity.
