Mendoza is located in the far west of Argentina, pressed against the shoulders of the Andes Mountains, with a continental, semi-arid climate. Bodegas Norton cultivates vineyards across five distinct sites in the region including the premium Luján de Cuyo DOC. The heat is moderated by the high altitude, helping to retain freshness in the wines.
The main grapes cultivated are old vine Malbecand Cabernet Sauvignon for the red wines and Torrontes and Sauvignon Blanc for the whites.
Acclaimed winemaker, David Bonomi, believes wines are made in the vineyard with the best quality fruit. He and his team craft a range of wines in stainless steel and French oak barrels.
