Description
The Gutiérrez family have been producing wines in Rueda for five generations, in a stunning 350-year-old winery complete with a kilometre of subterranean ageing cellars. The Verdejo grape is one of Spain's top white wine varieties and the ones in this wine come from the certified organic Pago Monte San Martín vineyard. Crisp and aromatic with a herbal finish, it’s a perfect match for seafood.Tasting Note
The wine is brilliant straw in colour with vibrant varietal aromas of aniseed, fennel and stone fruit. The palate has good structure, crisp acidity and an intense, lingering finish.Product Reviews
